Architectural Review Committee

Specific Duties:

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) which shall review and approve on any Lot, all plats, plans, drawings and building specifications to include (but not limited to) houses, fences, sheds, outbuildings, deckings and room additions. Decisions of the Architectural Review Committee may be appealed to the Board of Directors.
