Digital Services Committee

The Tabb Lakes Homeowner Assocation (TLHA) E-Community is managed by the TLHA Webmaster and its purpose is to provide community information concerning TLHA digital services such as the TLHA Internet Web Site, the TLHA Community Email Network, and the associated databases.

Specific Webmaster Duties:

1. Creation and maintenance of the Tabb Lakes Homes Association web site
2. Creation and maintenance of the various TLHA community electronic mailing lists
3. Creation, maintenance, and protection of the required TLHA residents electronic information databases
4. Other digital services as needed to support the TLHA community and the association board of directors

Creating and maintaining digital web sites, databases, and mailing lists requires a level of technical background and skill in using computer-based software and possibly programming languages. Therefore the Webmaster is also tasked with writing and keeping current continuity folders or how-to guides on each facet of the E-community. At a minimum each continuity folder will contain a process diagram, any required passwords, and developer information.
